Professional Journey
My professional journey began in the late 1990s, and over the years I have been deeply involved in steel fabrication, construction, industrial services, environmental solutions, and logistics. My experience spans leadership roles across diversified organizations, contributing to large-scale industrial and infrastructure development in Bangladesh.
1999 – 2010
Engineering & Infrastructure Leadership
I was involved in leading engineering and structural development operations covering building construction, steel fabrication, planning, erection, and maintenance works. During this period, I worked across a wide range of infrastructure projects including roads and bridges, power supply, telecommunication systems, ports, airports, and industrial facilities—gaining broad exposure to national-scale development projects.
2002 – 2010
Steel Fabrication & Structural Solutions
I played a key role in developing diversified steel fabrication activities, focusing on the design, fabrication, and erection of steel buildings. My work included complete steel building solutions such as metal roofing, cladding, galvanized decking, purlin systems, and structural steel erection. These efforts contributed to establishing strong standards in steel construction practices.
2006 – 2010
Manufacturing & Industrial Innovation
I was involved in the development of a modern color-coated steel manufacturing operation, utilizing advanced production technology for Zinc-Aluminium alloy steel coils. This initiative supported value-added steel production with strong emphasis on durability, corrosion resistance, and architectural quality for industrial and commercial use.
2001 – Present
Industrial Environmental Services
Alongside construction and manufacturing, I have continuously been involved in providing industrial environmental solutions, particularly in the setup of effluent treatment systems for industrial facilities. This work supports compliance, sustainability, and environmental protection in one of Bangladesh’s fastest-growing industrial sectors.

Leading a Diversified Steel Enterprise
Since 2010, I have been leading a diversified steel fabrication and construction organization delivering end-to-end solutions—from structural design and fabrication to erection and finishing. Through consistent quality and technical expertise, the organization has maintained a strong and trusted position in Bangladesh’s steel construction industry.
2012 – Present
Environmental & Municipal Infrastructure
I expanded my professional focus into industrial and municipal waste management, water treatment, and environmental protection through international collaboration. This phase reflects my commitment to sustainable development and responsible infrastructure growth.
2013 – Present
Construction & Logistics Expansion
To strengthen integrated project delivery, I expanded operations into reinforced concrete (RCC) construction as well as logistics services. These initiatives support transportation, handling, and erection of large-scale structural steel and infrastructure projects.
INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP
Steel Industry Representation
I had the honor of serving as the first elected President of the Steel Building Manufacturers Association of Bangladesh (SBMA) from 2013 to 2017. During this period, I worked to represent the steel construction sector and contribute to the development of one of the country’s most promising industries for national industrialization.

Beyond my professional career, I am actively involved in social development initiatives. Through charitable and community-based engagement, I support education, welfare, public health, and poverty alleviation programs in different areas of Kushtia Sadar Upazila.
